Amber Meadows Home Owners Association (AMHOA) board is pleased to announce Young Management Group, Inc. (YMGINC) as AMHOA new management company. Investigating other management companies, the Board on January 27, 2017 decided on pursuing the YMGINC. In late March AMHOA signed an agreement to have YMGINC to provide the following services for Amber Meadows Homes Association:
- Comprehensive Accounting Services Including Budget Preparation
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Assessment Collection
- Accounts Payable & Tax Preparation
This addition will bring some additional transparency to the financial areas of AMHOA. Any questions can be email to Treasurer@MyAmberMeadows.com who will oversee YMGINC. Further details will be forthcoming. Including mailing address for future dues which will be:
