We are located in southern Overland Park, Kansas, the Kansas City metro’s largest suburb. Overland Park is a dynamic city that continually ranks as one of the top places to live in the United States, and there is no better neighborhood in the area to call home than Amber Meadows.
We say home because Amber Meadows is more than just a place to live, it’s a neighborhood that believes in community. By looking at our annual calendar you will see that we strive to bring neighbors together through activities such as the holiday lighting contest, Easter Egg Hunt, pool parties, neighborhood garage sale and others.
Our neighborhood is composed of 371 homes owned by a variety of families, single individuals and retirees. Drive through Amber Meadows on any summer weekend and you will see teenagers shooting hoops, couples doing yard work, and little ones decorating driveways with colored chalk. You will also notice that we take pride in neighborhood and make every effort to keep it beautiful.
Many of our neighbors are from the area while others have moved here from across the country and a few, from across the globe. They have moved here because of the excellent schools, safe surroundings, and easy access to shopping, sporting and cultural events. But we believe they have stayed because, thanks to the neighbors, it’s a great place to call home.
