Want to thank everyone who volunteered to be placed on the Ballot for HOA Officers at today’s (1/21/2017) annual meeting.  We had 8 homeowners sign up.  AMHOA is only able to elect 7 officers and 2 possible alternates.  The officers for 2017 are:

• Mark Duman – President
• Elijah Buchholz – Vice President & Social Events
• Karent Bartelli – Architectural Committee & Secretary
• Jay Northington – Grounds and Landscaping
• Kurt Miller – Pool Manager
• Kyle Kuhlman – Treasurer & Welcome Wagon
• Webmaster – Patrick Thurmond

Chris Cakes Pancake breakfast is FREE to all Amber Meadows HOA family members!  Just come as you are!  Great time for meet and greet your neighbors! On December 1, 2016 the 2017 Amber Meadows Homes Owners Associations Annual Assessment was mailed out.  You should have received yours on December 3 or within a few days.  Please check your mailboxes.  Dues of $425.00 are due January 31,2017.  To view payment/penalty policy see the PDF/link below.
