2014 Annual Meeting & Chris Cakes Breakfast
12/28/2013: We have reached the minimum signup for pancake breakfast so the breakfast is on! Thanks to all who signed up early too!
When: Saturday, January 4, 2014 @ 9am-11am
Where: Colonial Presbyterian Church, 12501 W. 135th Street Did we stated a Chris Cakes Pancake breakfast is FREE to all Amber Meadows HOA family members! Annual meeting starts at 9:30am.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! The AMHOA needs a head count of people who will be attending the breakfast and 8 volunteers. The AMHOA is using SignUpGenius website to confirm your attendance. You don’t have to create an account with SignUpGenius but they will need your email address if you plan to RSVP. The site will send you an email reminder before the event too. By using the link below lets AMHOA know if you plan to attend. Remember to click the red button at bottom of the SignUpGenius website to UPDATE RSVP.

FYI: AMHOA needs a minimum number of 50 people to participate and proceed to have this event. If not enough interest by Jan 2nd the breakfast could be cancelled. If so an email and posting on website will state that too. The Annual Meeting will go on either way.
FYI2: RSVP to this event does not state you must attend. It just states you plan to attend. Furthermore, just because you did not RSVP does not mean you can NOT attend. All AMHOA members and family are welcome if you RSVP or not.
Holiday Lights Contest
Decorate your home to be the best and brightest in Amber Meadows HOA. Houses may be decorated anytime prior to 5pm on December 11, 2013. Your house must be within Amber Meadows HOA. Judging will take place the evenings of December 11. Judging done by HOA board members.
The criteria that will be judged is as follows:
- Originality: Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
- Arrangement: Display and placement of decorations
- Theme: Storyline or scene
- Overall: Overall presentation
Winning entrants will be listed on the Amber Meadows website.
Prizes:
1st Place: Wins a $50.00 gift card
Rutter Family, 11801 128th
2nd Place: Wins a $25.00 gift card
Latimer Family, 12863 Flint
