2017 July 4th Bike Parade

Where:  Starts at W 129th Street & Bond.  Finishes at Pool.

**** UPDATE: the parade has been postponed again, this time to Saturday at 9:30am. This is due to continuing rains. ****

 

Kids start decorating those bikes!  We will start the parade sharply at 9:30am at W129th Street and Bond.  Have those bikes all decorated by start time.  Please use the sidewalks prior to 9:30am.  When the parade starts we will ride our bikes on the right side of the road to the pool.  At the pool we will have awards on best bike and a special treat for the Fourth of July.

Parents we need your HELP!  Please contact Katie & Kyle Kuhlman who have graciously volunteer to handling this years event.  Or you can contact the Social Event Committee.

Home Owners:  Please be aware that Bond Street within Amber Meadows will be closed to traffic from 9am-10amCST on July 4th.  If you will need to move your car during this time please do so prior to this event.  BEWARE KIDS IN STREET! Thank You!

New Pool Code for entrance! Make sure you are on the Mailing List by May 20th. The code will be email out the week prior to opening.  See Pool Rules after pool is open.

AMHOA & Young Management Group Inc

Amber Meadows Home Owners Association (AMHOA) board is pleased to announce Young Management Group, Inc. (YMGINC) as AMHOA new management company.   Investigating other management companies, the Board on January 27, 2017 decided on pursuing the YMGINC.  In late March AMHOA signed an agreement to have YMGINC to provide the following services for Amber Meadows Homes Association:

  • Comprehensive Accounting Services Including Budget Preparation
  • Monthly Financial Reporting
  • Assessment Collection
  • Accounts Payable & Tax Preparation

This addition will bring some additional transparency to the financial areas of AMHOA.  Any questions can be email to [email protected] who will oversee YMGINC.  Further details will be forthcoming.  Including mailing address for future dues which will be:
