Pool replacement fence is in progress. Should be done by next week, if weather is good. This year’s two fencing projects were put out to bid. Selections were made by the contractor’s experience and low bid. These two projects were over $31K. There are still more improvements coming next year. For these neighborhood improvements thanks again to HOA members and their yearly financial commitment.

2015-11-02 Amber Meadows HOA Minutes
2015 Holiday Light Contest
Decorate your home to be the best and brightest in Amber Meadows. Houses may be decorated anytime prior to 5pm on December 14, 2014. Your house must be within Amber Meadows HOA. Judging will take place the evenings of December 14. Judging is done by HOA board members.
The criteria that will be judged is as follows:
- Originality: Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
- Arrangement: Display and placement of decorations
- Theme: Storyline or scene
- Overall: Overall presentation
Winning entrants will be posted on the Amber Meadows website.
1st place prize is $50.00, 2nd place prize is $25.00. Good Luck!

UPDATE 12/14/2015: Want to thank everyone who decorated this year. Believe this is the largest light show I have seen in 23 years in the neighborhood. Drumroll please…the winners are:
