Amber Meadows home owners will enjoy food, music, games, moonwalk and prizes.  When the sun sets we will start the movie!

Update 8/27:  AMHOA will supply the meat.  We ask family’s to bring either a vegetable or dessert (enough for your family and 2 guests).

Home Owners:  Streets are open to traffic so, Beware of Kid street crossings.  Suggest walking to the event is best.

Just a reminder that September 12-14, 2013 is the neighborhood garage sale.

Maple tree are under attack by Borers!  Some specialist even state that within the next 3-10 years we will witness the death of most of these trees in our area.

Good News:  The maple tree between the street and sidewalk the city of Overland Park manages.  If you suspect an issue with your tree contact the city and they will inspect/remove/replace the tree for FREE!  It’s not a quick process but it is FREE!.  Click here Tree Service Request to start your process.

Of course you can spend a few hundred dollars and have a tree service do it in a day or two.

Bad News:  If the issue with trees NOT between the street and sidewalk then you will have to pay to remove and haul away.

Maple Leaf Festival:  Baldwin, KS-Oct 19-20, 2013

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!
Join us for some ice cream fun after a hot summer day.  Plus lots of opportunities for mingling between mouthfuls.  Its a family affair so come one or come all.  Free to all home owners families and day guests at the pool.

Volunteers Needed:  To scoop ice cream, please step up to the table on the day of the event and volunteer for 10 minutes.  Thanks!
