My Amber Meadows

Pool opens Saturday, May 18th!  With this there have been many questions.  Below are are a few commonly asked questions.  For all the pool details go to the Services | Pool page.

• Did the pool access code change from last year?  No.
• I don’t have a pool access code how do I get one?  Go to the Services | Pool page and send an email to the Pool Manager.  The Pool Manager will email you the code.  You must have paid your dues to receive the access code.
• Do I have to fill out the Pool Waiver form?  In years past we did so.  Effective June 1st 2013 the waiver was done away with.  Now you just must pay the HOA dues.

Any additional questions should be email to the Pool Manager on the About | Contact Us.

 All neighbor kids who need extra money make sure you are in the HOA Directory.  Go to the About | Neighbor Helping Neighbor page and fill out the form.

Well it has been a couple of years since Amber Meadows has done a directory of the neighborhood.  With a couple of old lists we have been able to come up with a basic one.  We need your help!  Please take a few minutes and review the existing directory.

Deadline: Sunday, May 19th, 2013 9PM I would hope everyone had reviewed their directory information and sent in any changes.  After this date the directory would be official and available to all Amber Meadows Home Owners.  Please follow the Confidentiality Notice too.

The Amber Meadow Directory is contain within the Services | Documents.  To access this page you will need a password.  You should have received an email of the password.  If not then fill out the form at About | Mailing List and our webmaster will send you one (FYI:  May take a day or two before you get the password).

If the information on the current directory is NOT valid for your name and/or address then fill out the form at About | Mailing List.  We will update the details and refresh the directory.  (FYI: Directory will be updated by 9pm every Sunday.)

If the information on the current directory is correct you don’t have to do a thing.
